    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Chris is an experienced operator who has led consumer growth businesses as both an executive and board member at nationally-recognized brands including Vail Resorts, Smashburger, Raising Cane’s, and WellBiz Brands.​ Chris believes strongly in the enduring life skills attained through youth programs. On evenings and weekends, he and his wife Bethany can be spotted along the sidelines all around Colorado’s Front Range communities, cheering on their two extremely active teenagers at practices and competitions in a variety of activities.

    Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.

    Growing up in rural Nebraska, Michael gained a deep appreciation for the integral role that Main Street businesses play in thriving local communities. Following a decade-long career on Wall Street, Michael has spent the last 10 years helping hundreds of small physician practices ensure that their patients and employees will always be in good hands. Now a father of three young children, he is committed to leaving a positive impact on the businesses that dedicate themselves to serving our youth.

    Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.

    “The student-coach relationship in sports is very similar to the patient-physician relationship in healthcare... both require an immense amount of trust.  And at the end of the day, you probably want your physician to focus on health first and a business second.  Our job at YES Brands is to help owners and coaches put their students first."
